Creatine has never been scientifically proven boost muscle mass. That is why it is sold as a supplement, not a drug.

At the most basic level, you build muscle by first breaking down the ones you have through physical training. The body naturally reacts to the break down, by regenerating a stronger muscle. You break that down by exercising heavier, the body rebuilds, etc.

If you are still a teenager, you may simply have more trouble building mass until your body is fully grown. But you can still build strength.

You want muscle mass? Work for it. Take a physically demanding job. Fence building, construction, farm labor, ditch digging, lawn care with a push mower, cleaning animal stalls. Add pushups, sit ups, pull ups, and other physically demanding excercises.

Sorry, you can't fake muscle. Girls can spot the real thing all the time.

You can go to GNC and buy creatine powder, and supplements that have it, as far as foods with creatine I don't think you will find any.
