When driving in front of me and not paying attention to the road

Ok this is a really good question. u know why? i'll tell u.
1) on the road. in front of me. not paying attention to aaaanything else other than the person they are talking to on the phone. Now, this: I can multi-task, ppl. Talking on the phone DOES NOT have anything to do w/ my foot on that damn petal. Am I right? Go at your speed u were going on and keep talking on the phone. It's ok. Slowing down ur speed is not gonna help you in any way to speak better over the phone and is sure as h3ll not gonna help the ppl behind u honking (ME!!!)
2) In a place where it's supposed to be quiet or u just don't feel like hearing their convo. Dr. office, Bank, etc...and the worst is that its as if they want u to HEAR their convo, they talk EXTREMELY LOUD!!!!!
wow! I didn't think I had this much feedback on this subject...sorry...and thanks for letting me get it off my chest!

I can't stand it when I'm with just one other person and they get a phone call and talk about a bunch of nothing for 20 minutes. It's annoying and rude. Also when driving, but that's only annoying when their cell phone is the main focus.

Grocery Store checkout. When they have 20 intems in the 12 or less line and they are talking on their cell further slowing down the process.

People talking on their cell phones do not bother me anywhere unless they are talking loudly (or of course if they are doing it somewhere that cell phones should be on vibrate or off like a funeral, the movies, the library...). Loud people annoy me period.

people who think they can drive and talk,somehow everyday just about where I live you hear another story on the news where some goofball was driving and trying to talk on the phone,not paying attention to what they were doing and caused a wreck.SO FOR ALL YOU PEOPLE DRIVING WHILE ON THE PHONE GET OFF THE PHONE AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE ROAD. THANK YOU

At the grocery store, when there's a long line, and some idiot is yapping away on her cell, taking her sweet time unloading her cart, and paying etc.

almost everywhere it seems! I take public transportation to work and OMG you would not believe some of the things you hear these people saying! No one wants to hear all your business!

Cell phones don't bother me and I no longer own one. i hate the sounds of birds.
