In my humble opinion, yes, yes, and yes again. I'm Sag too (12/14) so with Jupiter (the planet of excess and also, much, many and more) being our ruling planet.
When you combine that with Libra, who's ruled by Venus ( the planet in charge of attracting all our favorite things and knows the part of us that loves to be pleased) now you know why I said yes three times.... You my fortunate friend, are really going to experience all the elements of a karmic soul to soul relationship.
