You could have Factor V Leiden which is a clotting disorder. Often times women with it have many miscarriages. You can get a simple blood test to see if you have it. If you do, your doctor can put you on daily shots of heparin (blood thinner) to help your chances of carrying a baby full-term.

If you are trying to conceive and believe you are 1. having a miscarriage every month (could be possible I suppose) and 2. not having luck, you should definately see your doctor.
As for the answer above about having pain during a miscarriage, that is absolutely not true if you are miscarrying in very early pregnancy. The medical community believes that most woman have probably miscarried at some point in their lives and just assumed they were having a somewhat heavier period.
I have had four miscarriages and in each one, I carried the pregnancy longer so had varying experiences. The first one happened the day after I found out I was pregnant and I didn't have any pain other than mild cramping (like my period).
Please go to your doctor.

I doubt it. If you were having a miscarriage every month youd be in quite an amount of pain and your body would be run down to the ground. Your probably just getting heavy periods and getting some blood clots which can happen in a period. Why dont you and your finace wait untill your married to start for kids, less stress.

sounds like dismenorriah to me. That is when your periods are really heavy with lots of clots..
If you ask me i don't think it's really possible to have a miscarriage every month, it's best you go to the doctor and find out yourself instead trying to get answers here.....

Yes,it's possible. You need a good check up and make sure your ob knows you're trying to conceive. You might have something as simple as a low progesterone level, that's easily treated with medication.
But why are you trying to get pregnant before you get married? If you're already engaged why not go ahead and get married?

Highly unlikely.
One of the biggest bars to getting pregnant is the stress of wanting it so badly. Try and relax and take a break from worrying - you may get a nice surprise at the end of it!
Good luck.

Its possible but i dont think you would have a miscarriage every month. Like someone else said, take one of the clots(eww) with you to the doctors so they can test it.

See your doctor soon. You may have something that needs immediate attention.
Why would you commit to bringing a child into the world and cannot commit to marriage to each other. A child needs two parents that they can be proud of.

You need to go to the doctor next time you think that is happening. This sounds gross, but bring the clot with you so they can test it.
Good Luck!
