Bush and Hitler both would commit revenge to anyone who crossed them. Bush has done this very thing to Wilson by outing his undercover CIA wife. Bush also did this with the firing of the attorneys that did not do his bidding. Bush has also made threats to the Congress when Congress was putting forth the subpoenas this week.
Hitler did this also by attacking the Jewish people. Hitler did not like the Jews because it was a Jewish Dr. who Hitler thinks killed his ill mother...so Hitler swore revenge.
I think that this similarity alone makes for a very dangerous person in the White House because Bush does not listen to reason or with an open mind. Look how Bush totally ignored the Iraq Study Group's suggestions?

Patriot...is it or is it not Republicans playing yellow politics when they call Democrats Nazis? Or is that just different. I stand by my deduction of similarities between the two dictators.

Stone...you never even ANSWERED my question about the similarities...all you did was spout off how evil Democrats are.
Since you love facts so much as far as Clinton firing all those attorneys, he did that AT THE BEGINNING of his time as President, as did BUSH! The difference is that Bush did it for REVENGE for the attorneys that HE appointed because the attorneys didn't do what HE wanted them to do. BIG DIFFERENCE! Bush is trying to control the courts if you don't have checks and balances in the Government then the executive branch is a DICTATORSHIP! And, NO, Hitlers father wasn't a jew.

Although there are plenty of reasons to compare Bush to dictators of the world I must remind you that all dictators get revenge or destroy detractors. It is true that Bush does not listen to others except those who agree with him. But other dictators do much the same. So far only, because Hitler was the worst of the worst in modern time do we compare others to him. I am not agreeing that Bush is tantamount to Hitler, yet. Comparing him to dictators in general, yes, that is easy.
Now that we have a Congress that is finally willing to excercise its right to oversight I believe we will see more of the corruption exposed. Bush can't intimidate Congress as he can a staffer or someone like an attorney that serves at the pleasure of the President. His plans for total dominance may have been thwarted. Let's hope it isn't too late.

oh lord you asked this same ignorant question the other day....
look, post some facts not just opinions or things you saw watching a PBS special about Hitler.
there are no true similarities, any thing you can come up with will be superficial at best, but the same argument can be made about anyone in power.
Hillary Clinton - Socialist, so was Hitler
Obama - uses propaganda, so did Hitler
Martin Luther King Jr - great speaker, guess what....
your arguments are faulty, you have no proof, when some one corners you on it you use rhetoric. dude face it your sad.
drop your freshman poli-sci class, open a history book and read it. and when your done read another and another till you learn facts okay?
okay.
BTW Hitler hated Jews because his father was Jewish....
and Clinton also fired attorneys who did not agree with him politically. 92 to be exact.
ADD ON: Oh lord you have multiple accounts! lol I just realized that! you must be the one who was Nancy before lol your pathetic! you cant even act like an adult.
Your argument is still false and YOU provide no proof that Hitler is like bush.
And Hitler's father was Jewish, he was half Jewish, and under Hitlers own blood and honor laws he would have been counted as Jewish.

So Bush is the one that ratted out the CIA wife? Wow, I thought that was Scooter Libby. So Bush is like Hitler? If he was so much like Hitler, then why haven't I heard about him ordering Iraqis into buildings and burning them alive? Or gassing them? And how come I haven't noticed any difference in my life since he became the president? Or is it just me? So Bush is like Hitler? Wow, where the hell have I been for the past 6 years?

But Bush didnt send any terrorist to death camps. in fact he did the opposite. and Americans dont swear allegiance to Bush. so your argument is faulty
Update: Hitler was bragging about his extermination of the Jews. I have not heard a peep from Bush, and how would you know that he sent them to camps? you have no proof either. dont start no conspiracy

I think that's probably stretching it, as Hitler was responsible for more than 6 million murders and I don't think Bush has even topped out at 100,000 yet.
Plus most people are inherently vengeful.
But interesting.

Yes, lets do a comparison shall we. Here are some solid facts for you.
1.)The Nazi Party made great promises of an economic, and cultural renewal.
The liberal Democrat promises economic and cultural renewal.
2.)The new Nazi government installed a totalitarian government.
The liberal Democrat strives for a country in which the government regulates nearly every aspect of public and private behavior.
3.)The Enabling Act passed in March 1933. The act gave the Nazi Party legislative powers and also authorized it to deviate from the provisions of the constitution for 4 years. With these powers, Hitler removed the remaining opposition and turned the Weimar Republic into the "Third Reich".
The liberal Democrats strive to make the Constitution into a "living" document, which will enable them to use alternative interpretations
to fit the partys needs. Issues such as Seperation of Church and State that do not exist in the orignal document are conveniently interpreted into the "living" document to allow them to bannish all forms of religion from public life. They have also obtained the ability to have laws made from the judicial branch in violation of the seperation of powers clause that reserves law making to the Congress. In short, they are creating their own modern day Third Reich.
4.) Further consolidation of power was achieved on 30 January 1934, with the Act to rebuild the Reich. The act changed the highly decentralized federal Germany of the Weimar era into a centralized state. It disbanded state parliaments, transferring sovereign rights of the states to the Reich central government and put the state administrations under the control of the Reich administration
The liberal Democrats strive to place all control into the hands of the federal government, and have userped state powers on several issues.
5.) The inception of the Gestapo, police acting outside of any civil authority, it is estimated that tens of thousands of political victims died or disappeared in the first few years of Nazi rule.
The liberal Democrats are not so subtle today about the persecution of political opponents. They engage in witch hunts for dissenting members of the opposing party and persecute them in the courts on trumped up charges. Others have been secretly murdered because of what they know.
6.) The Nazi regime was characterized by political control of every aspect of society.
The Liberal Democrats strive for the same control today.
7.) The Nazi Party pursued its aims through persecution and killing of those considered "impure," especially targeting religious groups such as Christians, and groups of good moral standing.
The liberal Democratic party today strives to persecute people of any Christian based faith, and anyone of high moral standards such as the Boy Scouts.
8.) The Burning of the Books is an event in Nazi Germany on May 10, 1933 when the government ordered the mass burning of books.
The current liberal Democrats ban any books pertaining to religion, social morals, anti-gay, anti-abortion, to be allowed on government property, particularly learning institutions.
9.) Germanic mysticists, of whom some would have referred to themselves as Germanic Pagans, were not the primary victims of the holocaust, but have been persecuted in the Third Reich. Although Nazi mysticism was based on Germanic mysticism, the totalitarian Nazi party viewed all independent religious groups as a danger.
The current liberal Democrats also feel that all independent religious groups are a danger. They strive to remove all vestages of religion from public life.
I see a definate pattern here...............
