PC Emulator? Please Help!!!?

I really want to play my PS2 version of GTA:san andreas on my PC. Can someone PLEASE! give me a link to a PS2 emulator so I can play GTA: San andreas on my PC?! Thanks loads! Ive been looking for years!

You will need to decrypt the file with winrar.
Just google or Yahoo search for rar.
