If yes, what is that opening for? is it possible for a female to produce any kind of secretions from it (like males do)?

The clitoris does not have a small opening. The clitoris is a sensory gland comprised of nerves, it is the equivalent of the male glans penis and has the same embryonic origin as the glans. The gland responsible for lubrication is the Bartholin's gland as well as other smaller glands in the vaginal area. The small opening that you see ventral to the vagina (and posterior to the clitoris) is the urethral orifice.
