I am so bread anal. I gently sqeeeze the air out then twist the bread wrapper but on the twistie tie and then twist some more and fold it under.

I use the twistie. Then I cut off the excess bag that just looks messy. Trust me, the rest of my house and my life is nowhere near this orderly or neat!
