Yes and I do not answer the door. I own Both sides of my door and I do not allow uninvited guests. I moved way out here to get away from all that and so far so good. Have my fingers crossed though because the big city is growing.

yeah that is the most annoying thing ever. There's this girl that I know that calls my cell phone repeatedly and if I don't answer she comes to my house and practically comes right in if the door is unlocked. I hate it. some people are just rude.

I'm the same way. You might be in the middle of something or there is something that you want to do and you would have to put it on hold or sometimes you just want some quiet time.
It's so annoying.

I have this neighbor who lives behind me and she is from Russia. She comes over with her twins girls all the time. She will call me and I'll tell her that I will call her later now is not a good time. I guess she takes that as an invite to come over. I have twin boys and she ALWAYS comes at the worst times.
I've told her to stop...but she doesn't listen. Her English is pretty good, so maybe she just isn't getting it.

Yes, this annoys me to no end. Thank God for the person who made peep holes! If someone comes over who wasn't invited or didn't have the decency to call, I won't let that person in.

Yes it can be annoying at times when you are not prepared, or are having a rough time yourself. Specially at times you just want to be with yourself, and don't really need company. Such guests can actually make it worse for you.

Yes. Less than an hour ago, the JW folks came knocking again. I did not answer the door because I am still in my PJs.

It makes me furious, just ask my Grandparents what happens when you show up at 1:30 on Sunday during Football season. They were mad at me for months. They know I am a Football nut, and I told them not to do it twice before.

Of course it annoys me & sometimes I don't answer the door but what is worse is the damn phone ring off the hook from some rank stranger. Needless to say I don't answer that either.
My motto is: Don't go away mad, just go away :)

It depends on the person at the door. Solicitors-I hate them. But family or friends it is ok. I would prefer they call first though so I could clean up a bit.
