Call the local dealer with the make, model, VIN and year of the car. Can try the same with a local locksmith with varing degrees of success.

The dealers can replace the keys. They have or are able to obtain a book with all the key codes and the VIN numbers. They have a machine that they can dial in the numbers and pull the handle and it cuts the key. If you have a chip in the key then they will have to program it. Good luck.

Need more info,if its and older car(more then 10 years) you'll have to change all the locks, door ,ignition, trunk. But if its a newer car and has a computer chip in it, your Vin number and proof of ownership should be enough to take to a local car dealer and they can order one, no two for you. They do cost though, some in the $50.00 to $100.00 dollar range.

Good Luck...
