You may have pinched your sciatic nerve (very common during pregnancy). to stretch it out - lay on your side and move your top leg straight out in front of you. Hold it for a minute or so, then switch sides.

I am 31 weeks and I have had hip pain for quite awhile, especially at night since I always try to sleep on my side. It is normal, but I know it is painful

i had a kidney infection around when i was five months. maybe thats what you have. its simple to cure so no worries. make an appt with your doctor ask that he see you right away. if it is a kidney infection then the doctor will give you an antibotic and you will be fine. if not then the doctor will be able to tell you what is wrong. good luck and go get looked at right away better safe then sorry.

I know i get pains in my lower back/pelvis and tail bone because my hips are spreading making room for baby. My hips actually pop in and out of place from time to time(OUCH)! It could be your hip spreading or it could be stretching muscles or it could be strained muscle. If it is really concerning you talk to your doctor.

Your body is stretching, and it is being strained. It could be a nerve, or anyting like that. You could go back to the doctor and ask to be safe, but more than likely, it is nothing.
