Is there a chance of getting hurricanes, tornadoes, or major flooding over there?

Atlanta is almost, or close to, the center of Georgia. Its quite inland, not more than about three to four hours from any coast. Hurricanes, tornadoes, or flooding don't occur too much, and not in any specific season. The weather is moderate with rain every now and then, and thats the way it is year round. Winters are cold, but you don't see too much snow. Summers are humid and hot. The weather is quite nice and its especially good for outdoor sports/activites.
