i want to know because i been wondering what it means and it says it on ms R/C car.

It means that your R/C controller is on a 49 Megahertz frequency. This means that the radio waves from your controller to the car needs to be that many Megahertz in order to operate the R/C car.

Hertz is cycles per second.

Mega Hertz is one million cycles per second

59 Mega Hertz is fifty nine million cycles each second.

One cycle is the signal goes from positive to negative and back to positive again.

Receivers are tuned to a certain frequency so a receiver of 59 MHz will reject all frequencys escept that one.

I think it means mega-hertz; the amount of pwer it can handle.
