how do i get it back on the bottom?

how do i move it back to the bottom? it wont let me drag it back down!

how do i move it back to the bottom? it wont let me drag it down, it only lets me move it side to side and its locked to the right side, but the taskbar isnt locked!

Click on the blue bar and drag it back down to the bottom of the screen. The taskbar can be moved to anyside of the screen. If it won't move right click and make sure that the task bar is NOT locked then try again to click on it with the left clicker and drag it to the bottom

When mine did that, I had to hold down the Ctrl button while dragging it back.

Left click and move it back
