You know; overextended and out of your comfort zone. Not in control anything around you, but totally alive. As a person gets older do you think it gets harder to do; or are we responsible ourselves for imposing limitations that make it harder?

Well I don't know how "out there" this is but...

It was my last day of science class in college. I was really annoyed with how things had been going with a friend and feeling kind of aggressive. We played a game and I ended up jumping up on the table (I'm usually the most quiet person in the class and reserved). My friend continued to annoy me (and I was PMSing) so I got an attitude (I'm low-key so this is not usual), left the room, walked around the school, and came back to class. A few minutes later, I got angry about something, got up and left class for good. This is a small class where everyone knows each other so this was a dramatic statement.

Anyway, I know it's not all that "out there" but I felt totally out of control. Before the class, I nearly had a panic attack. I could barely breathe and had to go calm down in the bathroom.

A while back I was partying on a Thursday night, and the next morning i had to go to work. I turned in the night before at about 3 in the morning and had to be up to get ready for work at 6a.m. when i arrived to work i wasn't too sure if i was hung over or still a little buzzed... then i felt that i was totally out of my element and to make matters worse it felt as if everyone was looking at me..... turns out i was tripping no one was looking at me it was my conscience riding me the whole day ........ that's my story and I'm sticking to it ........

It was a 'week last Monday', and I remember thinking, 'Monday's aren't supposed to feel like this'.

It was the result of emerging from a coupla months of self-pity and pursuing a few new projects.

Or coulda just been the weather. Don;t often get weather like that in Peckham.
