My new mouse doesn't have a scroll button. Is there a easier way than going to the bar on the right of the screen and manually scrolling? I like the track ball, but not having a scroll button is driving me crazy!

This IS a new mouse! And it's optical. Because I use the computer for photo repair and enhansements, the track ball on top of the mouse is almost a necessity. The new track balls are located for thumb use. I need it on top for index finger movement. I bought a Kensington which seemed to be the best, but it doesn't have the scroll feature.

I have common sense...it's just the computer companies won't make a mouse for my needs!

lol, your going to have to get a optical mouse for that scrolling feature. Maybe just maybe, you have a little finger track, like laptops, that will allow you to scroll. If you trackball is fairly old, then try looking for a new one that has that feature.
