I don't know what to do here. I have the flathead screwdriver, the ice tray, I fixed the note in the trash can (20-10, 4420?) I put the cross on the stand by the candles, and I have the death note, the cup and the pill. What do I do now?

ive gotten into the computer solved the first set of passwords disabled the first bomb in the center of the room.... and ive been stuck ever since... havent figured out the square in the top left corner or the screwed panel behind the calendar... ive tried just about everything... i need help!
