So I take really good care of myself, exercise, eat healthy, sunscreen, supplements. I would like more suggestions on keeping skin as young, tight, and glowing as possible.

Arbonne has an awesome anti aging system, NutriMinC Re9. I started using their revolutionary anti-aging system (hydrating wash, balancing toner, facial serum, transforming lift, corrective eye cream, day crème, and night crème) last year and absolutely love it! It makes me skin look radiant! It is specifically formulated to reduce the affects of sun damage, decrease fine lines and wrinkles, while it works to combat the visual signs of aging. I love the eye cream and facial serum. The system consists of botanically based products that contain natural collagens (hyaluronic acid), giving your skin a natural lift and others to deeply condition and hydrate your skin. They're all pure, safe, beneficial, hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, and formulated without alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, acetone, or mineral oil which makes them perfect for all skin types. They're unlike any others on the market as they are formulated in Switerland and made with all 9 KEY anti-aging elements (KOJIC ACID, NANOSPHERES, COPPER, VITAMIN C, ALPHA & BETA HYDROXY ACIDS, PEPTIDES, BIO-HYDRIA, ELHIBIN & STIMUTEX, and ALPHA LIPOIC ACID), giving you maximum benefit.

Their products are also formulated with nanosphere technology which makes them beneficial for all skin types and adjusts to your skins specific needs by applying more moisture in dry areas and less is oily areas. Research shows that 6 months continued use of this system will give a 68% decrease in DEEP density lines and wrinkles; however I started to notice results within a week or two.

Arbonne even has products for your entire body including a hydrating body wash, body serum, hydrating body lotion, and essential fatty acid dietary supplement, a concentrated blend of flaxseed oil, CoQ10 and beneficial elements to support younger-looking skin and good health ... from the inside, out ... and formulated in a vegetarian capsule. It's made of Flaxseed oil, vitamins A, C, E, Coenzyme Q10, alpha lipoic acid. I love the NutriMinC Re9 Anti-Aging Body Serum and Hydrating Body Lotion.

Drink alot of water, wear big sunglasses(in style but they also protect the thin skin around the eyes), use good products(go to a medispa or dermatologist to find ones right for you) and try to remove as much stress from your life as possible(stress ages people SO fast).

There is really nothing you can do about the elasticity of your skin when it starts to sag if you're already doing all you can. A good plastic surgeon and some Botox or Restylane is never a bad thing either!(go to www.plasticsurgery.org to find a good one)

Get enough sleep! You have to recharge your batteries, and your skin needs to recover. Also hydrate inside and out. And get rid of as many toxins as you can stand in your food sources. That includes giving up smoking, which is the leading cause of lines around the mouth. But the best advice above is to not stress too much! Remember you always look older when you frown. Laugh often!

I dont think you can stop the enevitable that is wrinkles we will all get them eventually, but you seem to be going the right way of slowing them down, I moisturise twice a day sometimes three times a day without fail. A good skincare regime is a must for good skin.

Don't smoke and watch your diet, and drink plenty of water.

I don't know if this works for everybody or if it's just my metabolism, but when I went on Atkins about a year a go, my skin became clearer, like glowing, after about a month. I've gotten a lot of comments on it, so it's not just my imagination. I don't know why or how it works, but I can't deny the results.

Loads of water, staying hydrated. Probably the single most important thing we can do in the battle of wrinkles and aging. Dry skin will show wrinkles a lot more than moist skin.

Also, skin food, plenty of it. Foods rich in Vitamin A ie:-liver, eggs, yellow fruits and vegies, dark green fruits and vegies, whole milk and milk products and fish liver oil. (supplements).

Youneed to increase your dietary intake of VitaminA. Once eaten beta-carotene is converted to Vitamin A (retinol) in the body when needed. It's a powerful antioxidant in its own right.

Vitamin A rich foods will keep the outer layers of your tissues and organs healthy, help in the removal of age spots, if you have them, promote growth, strong bones, healthy skin, hair, teeth and gums, help treat acne superficial wrinkles, impetigo, boils, carbuncles and open ulcers when applied externally.

If you are deficient in Vit A. no skin treatment will work. Its time to top up on Vitamin A if your skin is dry or rough, or it breaks out inspots.

Vitamin A helps ensure that skin is taut, silky soft and youthfull looking by nurturing the fat lying beneath the skin. Vitamin A also makes sure that the skin cells rising to the surface remain supple so your skin feels soft and smooth. Vitamin A may help prevent sun damage.

The recommended daily intake is 4,000 IU (International Units).

The other good one to ensure you get enough of is Vitamin E. Sagging skin is one of the signs of a deficiency in this vitamin. You need to increase your intake of vitamin E rich foods. ie: wheat germ, soybeans, vegetable oil, nuts, brussel sprouts, leafy greens, spinach, enriched flour, whole wheat, whole grain cereals and eggs.

Vitamin E will keep you looking younger by retarding cellular aging due to oxidation;
Prevents oxidation of "Bad" cholesterols;
Alleviate fatigue;
Prevent thick scar formation externally (when applied topically - it can be absorbed through the skin) and internally;
Accelerate healing of burns;
Supply oxygen to the body to give you more endurance and protect your lungs against air pollution by working with Vitamin A.

The recommended daily intake for vitamin E. is 8 - 10 IU (International Units)

Combined with exercise, lots of fresh air and sunshine and plenty of rest, oh, and lots of playtime too, I would say that you had the optimal balance ......................... :0)

PEACE & LIGHT

The best thing you can do for yourself is not to stress, enjoy life and laugh often.

A wrinkle here and there is not the end of the world, it only tells you that you have lived.

Relax and enjoy life with friends and family that will also age with you.

Good luck.
