Why can't I get the daily jigsaw puzzle to come up for me.?

Abox comes up saying it can' find all the compents and says id=daily xml file. can you help

Your connection and a file has probably been corrupted.
1. If it is a download onto your computer, I would redownload the software.

or

2. If it is a sign up service online, I would terminate the account and remake it or make a new account.
