people keep saying it's gas does gas have a feelin gdoes it hurt or does it feel ticklish

you basically feel bloated, it hurts and you feel like you need a good trump. you feel like you can't get rid of anything on the loo. i usually feel like theres a balloon in my stomach it kills me and i always get it around ovulation time so intercourse is painful. Don't know what your relating this to but hope it helps.
