if a girl's butt cracks is showing when they're wearing jeans, does this mean they're not wearing underwear? or are they just wearing their underwear even lower?

no they might just be wearing tight or loose pants that ride down. but hey you never actually know if they're wearing underwear.

I have a small but and my pants come down a little even when I'm wearing a belt and I'm not gonna wear my jeans on my stomach like some old man, why are you staring at my butt when I bend over anyway?

That all depends on the underwear, if the underwear are too big or if they are low rise undies they may fall down or the jeans may push them down. However if you can see a majority of the crack then more likely than not she is going comando. Also if her underwear are low rise but her jeans aren't then you most definately may get a view of the crack but no peep of her undies.

Well because the most common jean today is a low rise, underwear have become low rise as well. So yes, the underwear and getting lower as well.

Well, first of all that is just tacky, when a woman or man's butt crack is showing. If a girls butt crack is showing she is probably wearing low rise jeans that are too small and she is probably wearing low rise panties as well...but anywho,...It's TACKY!!!
