Actually the body is located within the soul.

Souls if they exist must be inseparable from the body when someone is alive, it would pervade the entire body. In fact I think there is a bit of the soul in each and every living cell. When someone dies the soul detaches itself from the body and moves on. The soul cannot really be the consciousness because to be conscious, we need a brain, neurons and sense organs. The soul therefore wont see, hear or feel anything,it would have no memories or thoughts. It is just an energy of somekind that either dissipates itself into the surroundings after death or moves on to somewhere else. But all this is specuation, there could be no soul whatsoever too.

Hello! Well, we have been given a spirit, soul, and a body. The housing of the spirit is our physical body, and so the housing of your soul is within the brain. Of course there is a link also between our souls and our spirits. Your brain is where your soul (i.e. the greek word psuche). They're supposed to be somewhere in our brain, as that is the vessel for our thoughts. So that would be where the interface would be.
Noone knows for sure though.
One man wants to use someone with a grain disease who will have a piece of brain tissue removed to see if we do have a type of connection without it being direct. He wants to test the severed piece of brain while it's still alive and connected to blood vessels to see if the person can still get stimulus from it, which would tell us if we have any type of outer thought net as it were. Very neat stuff.
So again, it's in our brain, but noone understands it.

Soul is a notion and a reality to many. My feeling is the Body and Mind is where the soul is created or dwells.
It can be in your little toe one moment then ZOOM! it is in your shoulder blade.

I believe that the soul is an energy that encompasses every aspect of our body. Its released through the eyes as well as through our smiles.

Obviously, they connect to the body via the pineal gland in the brain! then they cause action via a series of tensioned wires to create action.
