It depends on what kind of circle you mean - And if I am correct I think you are talking about certain stresses in your life that don't seem to have an end to them.
I have had times like these in my life as well, but here are certain things that might play a part in breaking this vicious circle or cycle;

Something major in your life will come along which you will have to take care of, and will take completely take presedence over the other stresses -
The Cycle will eventually weigh itself out, and evolve into other features in your life -
You will have to physically and mentally force yourself out of this trap you seem to be finding yourself in -
Seeking someone elses help could be one option, whether you really want help or not, sometimes issues can get so bad that you have no other choice -
Finding something else to occupy your time, whether it be exercise (this could be a last option), a club, going for a brisk walk, listening to your favourite song, visiting family or friends, doing or making something creative - planning to do something -
Taking natural remedies to help you relax and sleep -
Talking about your worries with someone you trust -
Keeping in mind that everything in life changes all the time; time itself is relavent so you may not be aware of change, but it is in progress.
Keeping in mind that something huge could be waiting around the corner and you should never be to hard on yourself, or life, but don't run before you can walk -
Take everything one step at a time -

Thats as much as I can do for now, take care.... Hope this made you think, and hopefully help you to hold your own match to light.

That just depends on what Your circle is or what your problem details. Such as if you have a habit of opening refrigerator doors and eating too much. You could make yourself accountable to a friend and tell them your problem. Keep them informed on your progress. any small interruption to the cycle has effects.
most of the time vicious circles are very delicate and depend on a definate set of circumstanes.

take something out of the equation.
