First, you have to recognise the repeated behaviour then simply force yourself to do something different to what you may usually do. This sounds so simple but it is actually very tricky, it can be like trying to quit smoking, it's hard but if you change, others will be forced to change too as every action has a response..

Depends on who / what is causing it. More info would be helpful.

If you are heavily involved, remember you CAN change your behaviour, although it may be diifficult to do all at once. Try to break down the problem into smaller parts. If you can make a small change it will make you feel good and encourage you to go forward to tackle the really hard parts! Good luck!!
