Hi, you would need to contact ebay, or live help to get it all sorted out.
Did you put all of you full address details in?
Did you have a credit card on file?
As there are a lot of children and scammers buying from ebay and not paying they are really clamping down.
Your best bet would be going into the answer and question board and they will be able to point you in the right direction.

Another option is to make a new account with a different credit card and probably a different email address. Pay this time!!!

You don't get suspended for 1 UPI, you get suspended after 3.
