Just FYI, the OPK aren't always accurate. I tested twice a day and still missed my surge. You could be like me and have an LH surge that is lower than average and the OPK can't pick it up. I would keep having intercourse and use Basal Body temp charting to determine if you ovulated. Granted that doesn't help predict ovulation but it will tell if you have ovulated.

Yeah, if the other embryo hasn't implanted and the cervix hasn't closed and been sealed with the mucus plug. That's how you get fraternal twins. Generally they are eggs from each ovary, which don't necessarily release at the same time, it could be a couple days apart. I'd be really surprised if it was weeks, though, because by the time you find out you're pregnant (2 weeks after conception) the mucus plug has already formed so no more semen can get in to fertilize any eggs, even if they were released. I don't thikn it has anything to do with coming off birth control, but it could happen. They would have the same due date, since your due date is determined from your last period and you would still have had your period on the same date. Their development would be similar, but even with identical twins sometimes one develops a little faster or becomes a little larger than the other.

RE:
Can I still get pregnant if I don't ovulate?
I am on my first cycle of Clomid, and already took it as prescribed. I am on CD15, and still not ovulating according to the test kits. My periods are normally irregular, so I do not know when I actually ovulate. But I think on a normal cycle, I should be ovulating right about now. Wondering if I...

you can get pregnant if you don't ovulate, that being said.. I took a cycle of clomid because of a luteal phase problem, I was ovulating around day 14 and then starting my period about 8-10 days later.. anyway on the cycle I took clomid I didn't ovulate until cd 25! soooo don't stop having intercourse, because it can sneak up on you, we almost missed it. Clomid is known to cause late ovulating in some women.. best of luck to you :)

You can't get pregnant if you don't ovulate as there is no egg to fertilize. With being on the clomid you should be going for a blood test on the 21st ish day of your cycle to see if you ovulated.

You can't get pregnant if you don't ovulate. Ovulation is the release of an egg, which you need for pregnancy.

Well if ovulating is the releasing of an egg and you need an egg to get pregnant then no you cant. Sorry but if you dont ovulate you cant get pregnant. That is why youre on clomid so you can ovulate. Patience, it will happen when the time is right.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner.
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout,even if its just a 30 minute walk a day,be active!!
