There are plenty of jobs in Las Vegas, period. We have one of the lowest unemployment levels in the United States and there are over 160,000 new jobs being created in the next 4 years.
The majority of companies have strong diversity initiatives in place with some of the community leaders like MGM-Mirage being recognized on an ongoing basis.
There is a ton of advancement opportunites for the African American community. Currently blacks make up just 8% of the population. Check out:

I work for a non- profit org. here in Vegas and we help people find employment and training....Yes, you can find a great job, believe it or not in Las Vegas, things are not always as they appear on T.V. There are many successful buisness people out here.

That depends on if it's a useful degree, and the job market, and how you present yourself at interviews, not your race, geez please get over yourself. Blacks are the only ones that care you are black, the rest of us just don't give a damn.

Lets see if you have large boobs, small waiste and are willing to dress in trampy clothes while serving drinks to everyone...than yes you'll fit right in. Oh, and make a good $$$ at that!!!
