When you first felt the baby move, can it feel like the baby is swiping their foot along you?? It's hard to explain. It didn't feel like a flutter, it felt more like the baby was taking her/his foot and swping it. It was a real quick movement and I felt it only a few times. It happened when I was laying down. Thanks for any input.

I think that they different women describe the feeling different ways. For me, it felt like tapping, not flutters at all. Now being more far along, it feels like sweeping of the legs SOMETIMES but I have been feeling this one for about 4 weeks now. How far along are you? If it's your first child, you usually don't feel movements until 20-21 weeks. If it's your second or more, they say you can start feeling it at about 16 weeks

It can feel like that. I felt thumps at first, but then I felt like a foot or hand moving along, and then I acctually felt like the baby twisted around. Now I feel strong kicks, and I can see my belly move.

yes, you were probably actually feeling the foot! Most women experience fluttering first, but it's different with each person and each pregnancy. Congrats on the baby!

That's probably the baby. It can feel different every time, but for me I always felt it when I was laying down in the beginning of my pregnancy.

I've felt flutters, movement, swiping all kinds of things. I am sure you felt your baby if that is what you felt. :)

Depends on how far along you are, but yes. Those are the coolest feelings. Kicking is great but when they roll around and stretch, it tickles!
My first movements were like popcorn. But everyone is different. Congrats!

Yes...... It probably was one of the baby's feet the first time you felt it. After that it can be the baby's arms, hands, feet, or even their butt.

4-5mons. u can fell hard but tiny kicks, It happens real quick. Almost like they r telling u hey i'm hungry!

Yes that happens. They take their hands or feet, and move them along your belly.

sure it can definately feel like that. it varies from person to person. i felt little bubbles.
