Start out by being the best friend to her that you can be. Don't push the "love" thing.

Wow!!! If you have to wonder about it then she probably doesn't... And sometimes the best way to let someone see that you are important to them is to give them opportunity to be without you... Sometimes we don't miss what we have till it's gone and we don't realize what we feel for them til they aren't around.... Or you can simply ask....wish you luck

How long has it been? are you going out already? ask her out and if you love her you can propose after 6 or 8 mos if you know she cares too..
