I feel really dumb for asking this but people have told me that every year a person swollows at least 3 spiders while they are sleeping is this true ?

Not True ! Now, if you are sleeping outside most nights, then you may swallow some spiders, flies or othe tiny insects, however, that is not a health thrreat at all.
So, if you sleep indoors, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Someone is trying to tease you with that funny story.

No it is not true.
This may happen somewhere but can't be generalized for all. The rumour may have come from the people residing in forest side. However it si also wrong to insult them.

what about other insects..if u think like this u will end up eating only insects in your life time....these things may possible if ur at deep open forest...so don't worry about that and have great sound sleep....

I think its one of those urban legends..that could have some truth to it...but I don't think anyone knows for sure.
