I'm not too sure how they weighed your baby, since you're pregnant. But usually at 24 weeks, the fetus is about 500 grams, which is a little over a pound. So if he's close to a pound or a little over a pound, then he's fine.

Around 24 weeks the baby is close to 2 lbs. Being in the 46th percentile is great! It means your baby is bigger than 46% of babies at the same gestational age. When I had an ultrasound at 20 and 24 weeks my doctor said the baby was in the 48th percentile and they said that it was great!

i am also 24 weeks and my baby is just alittle over a pound and they said that was good. as long as you are somewhere around there i bet you are fine. they would have said if they were worried.
