their picture? Is that possible? I know it's pretty vain, but I hate the idea of having this bad picture for the next 8 years!

i did. b/c my hair grew out so much, people wouldn't take my i.d. when i would try to buy beer, so i knew right then... something had to be done!!!! lol

you could always say you lost your license and need a new one.
Then again most places use digital pictures these days so that doesn't guarantee you'll get a new photo.
it probably depends on your state whether they will let you get a new license with new picture.
