When I see beautiful woman, I feel sexual attraction. So, I think my eyes my reveal my sexual desire. I do not want to bother women looking that way. Are there any website that may help me by teaching proper gesture and posture so that I can see women with non sexual way?

There's nothing wrong with being attracted to someone. Also, women don't hate being considered "sexual beings" - we hate it when we're looked upon as objects who exist merely for your viewing or sexual pleasure. So if you see an attractive woman, you are allowed to look, but don't stare, because it's creepy. If you want to talk to her, talk to her like regular person - don't cat-call or whistle at her. But you don't need to feel guilty for being attracted to someone.
EDIT: Ardipi, women want the HOT men to look. Not EVERY man. There's a big difference.

Isn't feminism great? It has you believing that in feeling something natural to humans you have a problem and need treatment because you are a man.
Sadly, current policies at workplaces agree with you. Keep looking above the neck of women at work unless you want to be slapped with a sexual harassment charge.

Correction: Women dislike being considered sex OBJECTS.
All humans are sexual beings. Women want to be treated as complete people, not simply a toy for someone's personal pleasure.
It's fine to feel sexual attraction toward a woman. It's even ok to let her know it, so long as you tell her in a way that demonstrates your respect for her as a person.
There is a big difference between saying " I find you attractive and I'd like to get to know you better." and "Nice Hooters! Wanna do the nasty with me?"
It's mostly about respect. If you show respect, you will be respected.

The woman has to do her part. If she doesn't want to be looked at as a sexual being, then she shouldn't dress like one.
I know it's perfectly natural for guys to *look.* And when a woman's clothing screams "I'm easy," it's really hard for guys to think of them as otherwise. This I understand.

If you cannot control your eyes, you may have problems when you meet the wife of a boss or client.
Keep eye contact, and don't let your eyes go lower down.
You can show you have good taste and know who is beautiful without seeing her as your mate.
Try thinking of others as family members. Sisters, daughters, aunts.

I like to be looked at. There is a difference between looking at a woman and raping her with your eyes. Just do not gawk and ogle. A subtle look is a compliment.
