Never heard of Zanzibar..
but my fave dishes are:
my mom's meatloaf
dim sum
enchiladas
lemon rosemary chicken
a good greek salad
greenbeans cooked in italian seasonings with onions and water chestnuts (the flat white things.. )
so much more!!!
now i'm hungry...

Greek, egg& lemon chicken soup,
made from one of the chickens we have in the back yard, here on the island of Crete.
I still can't get myself to slaughter them though...my mother does things like that!

I like Thanksgiving dinner the best it has everything mashed potatoes , gravy , Turkey and all the desserts you can eat
