I hope you don't die on us before you get your sleeping cycle adjustment. It sounds like a funny way to do it. Most of the time your body will work with you on the adjustment. Take a nap for cry out loud, and go to bed at midnight. Turn your alarm clock on when you want to wake up. That is a normal thing to do.

Get some stay awake pills over the counter. Then go for a walk with someone's dog. Do not sit in front of the pc for too long cuz starring at it will make you sleepy!

Nasal spray. Lots and lots of nasal spray. The epinephrine in it should help keep you awake for 8 to 10 more hours. Or you could take the asthma medication called ephedrine. About 75 to 100 milligrams should do it. These are not the healthiest answers but that's not what you asked for. Is it.

firstly the way you fix your sleep cycle is with over the counter sleep aids dummy you take a few of them a couple hours before bed, excersize and diet can contribute to whether or not you get a good nights rest. who in the world told you by staying up a full twenty four hours it would fix your sleep cycle. i mean staying up and sleep are two different things. you need to find a way to go to sleep not stay up that is very unhealthy. all humans generally require 8 hours of sleep a day/night depending on your schedule what time you have to be at work or at school. and of course there are many sleep aids to help you with this and if all else fails go talk to your doctor.

exercise. walk around out side if possible. its hard to feel sleepy if your moving about. I always feel wide awake after a good work out. I once had to drive all night to pick up a friend in need and drive all the way back home and go to work with out sleeping once. i took little mini breaks threw out the day to walk around out side to keep me up.
