If they have a like a C drive link of an image or something like that would they be able to?
For example C:\Documents and Settings\**NAME***\My Documents\My Pictures\websitemast.jpg

Depends.... first they would have to find out your IP address and your computer would have to be setup really unsecure to successfully attack with just that information.

I don't think it is possible but with computers you never know.

Did someone tell you they could do this or did they tell you that file exists on your computer/put it on your computer? There are plenty of ways to do something like that.
