I'm planning on going back to college, but I'm still trying to decide what to master to get in order to earn more. Please no answers like "take what you enjoy, thats what counts," or "money shouldn't be I drive for more school, learning should be the reason." That mickey-mouse bullsh*t doesn't pay the bills. (plus I screwed up and followed that advice, and got a B.A. in English).

Go for the MBA. It's more widely recognized. The MSF is more appropriate for people who are already in the finance industry and need to sharpen their skills. Also, since your undergrad degree is in a non-business area, the broad business exposure in an MBA program will be very helpful when you are interviewing.
