On grand theft auto vice city people always say that if you run over the parking meters that you can get alot of money but I can't find the parking meters does anyone know where the parking meters are? and also are there any cheats to get money?

No, I don't but I like that game quite a bit. Very un PC and music is pretty good. Love being chased by the cops.
