I don't like social relationship coz people think i m childesh & have a lot of attitude but, i want to learn how to have a great relationship with people, how to talk to them, behave, & how to talk to them at the first meeting & how to convence them for our work? plz answer. thank u.

Very simple. Go through the news papers every day and stat discussing with your family members;
You well learn that if you talk cinema to your father he may not listen, whereas it works well with your sis. Your mother may get interested in beauty tips and recipes. Each one Will like to talk in the subject they are interested and have knowledge about.
Therefore do not talk to every one the subject you know or like rather the subject the other knows or interested. You should know which switch will light a tube light , or a night lamp or a fan. When you talk listen more.
Listening itself is a skill. How to understand ones point of view and object to it without offending them is an art. Start your practise with your family members and near ones.
Never try to prove you are right. High light the points in others views. T hen examine and compare yours with the other. Never try to convince. Your purpose is to gain his confidence and friendship and not winning an argument.
Learn it yourself. You want to be friendly with every one. That is a virtue. Kindness is the best form of beauty. But insulate against conceit and brush it off if it happens.
Be smiling always and with every one, irrespective of your seniors or juniors. Hesitation to smile is the worst enemy to healthy relationship. But you cannot demand a smile in return. Energy and happiness is contagious.

Keep your expectations low and automatically you will start enjoying the relationship. How to talk... well just be yourself. Every individual in this world is unique in his own way so be confident. Opposites attract, so there will be lot of people who would like you and would want to be your friend and have a great relationship with you. For getting your work done, don't use a relationship. But instead you can collaborate with people near you to get the work done. :)

Stay as you are and don't listen people telling you to grow up.
Being childish is even more fun than growing up and becoming serious, stress and moaning person!
Keep yourself as yourself, and one day someone will appreciate of who you are. If people are complaining, just try to control your little jokes and laughs, as they may not deserve so much effection of love you are trying to give them.
To dry people you act dry, just like almonds - dry
To warm people, act like an ice cream - wet and sweet.
Sometimes you can even mix them together, and all taste great. Try doing that yourself. Be an almond with ice cream.
Control all your attitutes to a mixture and I'll meet you in town and come and eat you!

Trick is to listen to the people, keep the mouth shut.

you need not show others that you are grown up.. if you are grown up then you are.... Why you want others to tell you that you are grown up... You live your life... Don't live for others sake.. People are with you in your good times... No one will be there in your bad times.... When try to impress someone you lose your originality and they may not like you when you return to your own way of life.....

Introduce yourself ..short and sweet...
Either convince them that your work is benefiting them OR it benefits the society.
Allow the child inside you to enjoy herself. Dont bother about others. They may not be thinking, what you think , they are thinking about you.
