It's happened a lot this year. There are not a lot of college teams with someone Sasha's size. So to match up, Self goes smaller.
Plus, it's better when Jackson gets minutes in tight games because his free throw shooting is much better than Sasha's.

I honestly think that sasha isn't one of our better players.. sry. He can play good if he really tries, but last night just wasn't his night.

He didn't match up well against their players...Self had to bench him....they were gonna kill KU in the paint.

He couldn't match up defensively with his man, so he had to be replaced with a better match up.
