Some possible reasons include:
1. You misspelled their email address, put a period where it doesnt belong, etc.
2. Their email box is full.
3. They have dropped that email and are no longer using it.

It's not really possible to make a suggestion without knowing what specific message you get from the bouncebacks. Could you post those as additional details to your question? And when you do, you might want to put stars or something instead of the real e-mail addresses for you and your sister.

Not too often can it happen, but it is not impossible. You might have accidentally 'blocked' their address. To undo this, or check to see if it actually happened, go to the top right corner >options >mail options >block addresses and see if they are in there. If they ARE, then simply highlight and click 'remove block'. It is possible (but unlikely) that their mail got re-routed to a different folder within yahoo mail. You would want to check the 'filters' within "Mail Options" for THAT. -Bubbas PS. Good luck!

what is ge.com what does the message say when it comes back to you, saying no such user?

Only becuase of mail id is not proper
or he is block your id or your server is not allowed to send outside

These addresses may be full (because of small capacity)
or deactivated.
