well, referring to the above, i am interested in electrical engineering course..... but i still do not know which country's university is well known for their electrical engineering course. Can you advice me which university in which country should i wish to take up electrical engineering course... thanks...

INDIA! and CHINA however the US has great electrical engineering programs too...I am currently a Sophomore at MIT but i'd die to go to india or china!

I don't think it can reasonably be disputed that the United States has figured out how to educate engineers better than anyone else in the world. Top schools there would include MIT, Stanford, Cal Tech, Cornell but lots and lots of others too.
