I live in Orange County California......

here are some wonderful smells and foods...

the smell of the water on the ride Pirates of the caribbean at disneyland and on small world they put some kind of scent in there and i love it.

the smell of and taste of the corn dogs at disneyland by the baby care center...

the taste of pozole with lime and cilantro at authentic family restaurant in Placentia and it name is El Farolitos and the food is awesome but the place is not fancy and crowds from fullerton, anaheim, brea, yorba linda, la habra and placentia all know about el farilitos!!!

the smell of expensive pefume and bath products at Sephora in Downtown Disney

the smell and taste of cosmopolitins at the Uva Bar in Downtown Disney
the smells and taste of Ralph Brennons , House of Blues, LA brea Bakery restaurants in Downtown Disney!!!

smells of expensive perfume and scented candles in neiman marcus and nordstroms at fashion island in newport beach

Lots of seafood smells, fried whole belly clams, fish and chips, Lobster, Scallops I live near the water in CT.

Knoxville, Tennessee has (had) a JFG coffee-roasting factory which could make the city smell like fresh-roasted coffee.

BBQ & wood smoke, spectacular water fountains, trains, blue sky, jazz & blues, four seasons, everything except for the gun shots on the hill.

Mexican food. It's everywhere, I love it! Some of the best authentic Mexican you can ever have. It makes me hungry just thinking about it.
