Hm. Well 15 is very young but, why are you shaving if you dont have hair? That will all depend on your body when it comes in.
Masturbating is fine as often as you want. Mutual masterbation is a great alternative to sex, especially at your age.
Premature ejaculation unfortunately is not something you can fix.

quit shaving for a while and let the hair grow...masterbation is better than having sex at your age. Just don't go too far until you are ready. Virginity is not something that you can get back. It should also be very special for you. As far as your bf goes when he cums, that is a part of life and cannot be controled at this point. But what you are doing is safe for right now as long as you aren't sharing each other with other ppl.

In my opinion, you're doing enough sexual intimacy for you're age.
What's the hurry? Bout the hair, I have a Salon and do Brazilian waxing often, (if you don't know what this is), it's being totally bare in the pupic area. So, aren't you lucky, not having to wax or, like so many now are doing, lasering off the hair. You're "boobs" are just fine as they are now, change it when you're older.

# You should have hair, is that the only place you are having a growth problem? The boob job can wait til you about 21 to finish developing.
