2nd cousins.....that's correct and as for your grand kids he would be 1st cousins

No, they would be first cousins because you are your nephews childrens great uncle. Your grandchildren and the baby would be second cousins...I think I got this one right.

Your nephew is the child of your sibling. Your children and your sibling's children are then cousins. So your nephew's child will be your children's nephew/neice.
