Yes!!! Eat them, they are loaded with protein. As with any food, you don't want to go overboard, but as long as you cook them throughly like you said, you can eat them a couple times a week. I like to make devilled eggs and keep them in the fridge for whenever I need something in my tummy. :)

Yes you can eat eggs when you are pregnant although for alot of people they make you feel sick or even get sick. What you want to stay away from is seafood and sodium. Alot of women think it is ok to eat lots and lots of whatever when they are pregnant and they couldnt be more wrong. It is more important to moniter what you eat while you are pregnant and feeding than any other time. Be smart and take care of your body and baby!

Unless things have changed since my last pregnancy, there's nothing wrong with eating properly cooked eggs. If you've heard that you can't from a reliable source, then I would suggest you talk to whoever is giving you prenatal care.

Yes, you can eat eggs while pregnant, if you love eggs then hope that the smell doesn't get to you later in your pregnancy. I couldn't eat or smell eggs during any of my pregnancies after the 3rd month.
