You want to enhance your eyes, so get an eyeshadow with 2-3 colors in it. You'd look good with the one that you put plum on your lid, dark green in the crease, and light green above the crease. For eyeliner you should go with dark brown, but if you're putting on like a silver color eyeshadow, go with black eyeliner.
You can get away with black, brown, or other deep shades like blue and maroon. Brown hair and brown eyes can go with almost anything.

light brown liner, medium green and brown shadow. Try going to the mall and sitting at a department store and letting them try some stuff out on you. You may want to buy some lipstick or something for their trouble. MAC is great at coming up with some nice colors.

the best colors to use is natural colors like brown cream color, greens, blue, a gold color with a little shimmer. but dont put to much on because it will look wierd. but those colors look good on some one who has dark hair and brown eyes.as for liner you should use a black eye liner unless your planning to use color eye liner. but black eye liner makes you eyes look a little bigger not in a bad wya but in a good way just make sure you line your whole eye and the reason that i sya that you should use black is because you are already want to use a color for your eyes. i hope that i gave you a good amount of advise.

Go for black or dark brown eye liner. If you have brown eyes, like myself, medium to light brown liner will do nothing for you. Black liner and mascara is especially good if you want to make your eyes "pop" and look appealing. As for eyeshadow, stick to golds and browns and olives.

I'd say brown liner (any brand) and brown shadow combos (maybelline makes great ones for cheap). That is a total day look though. For night pretty much anything goes. Oh, and stick to black mascara for a little drama.

If you have a Sephora store near you go in & they will tell you. They have all kinds of make-up. I personally love the Bare Minerals line. But just about any color would look good. I have hazel eyes & I use just about whatever color I want except stuff that is too bold or bright.

I'd say blue or green. Eyeliner can be dark brown, black or electric blue. Blue brings out the flecks in brown eyes and is a very good combination.
