I supose all the histories about so manny gods must exist in some old books..because the gods are not invented by we ..in modern ages..So where from the myths?
I just need some information for my master in literature..and I cannot go to Greece..for this..I want to go to Greece for seaside..and monasteries..

In English 10th grade I read Homer and Iliads Greek Mythology. The many Gods and the stories or the explanation of what made these people Gods are in these books. Poseidon God of water, Zeus hold the world up. Aphrodite goddess of love. Arack name for spider meaning beautiful weaver. The stories give you insight into how the people of that time explained the unexplainable. Also why people believe why Kings that wrote the bible are God.
