Pretty much what it says: it cannot save the file you are attempting to create. There are several possible reasons for this. The disk may be full or write protected. You may not have permission to write a file to the location you are trying to access. It could be a glitch is a specific software.

It's hard to determine what the problem is without more information. What were you trying to create? Where were you trying to write (save) the file to--a hard disk, dvd, cd, floppy? What software were you using? Was there any more to the error message other than "cannot create file"?

It probably means that you don't have permission to write to the specific drive. Be sure you're logged on as administrator on your computer.
