how come im a week late?

my boobs r really hard they fill fake and a couple of days ago i had really bad pains in my lower stomach i have not took a test i was going to wait for test and docs to c if i am just late or what but if i was to be preg would i have tummy and back pains at the same time in the same place?????? no stupid answers plz

You might be a mommy soon or your just a little late and your body is not aware it's time for your period just take a test and see if you might be a parent.
